We do not build marketing profiles or track your activity across other websites.

We use your details to carry out the practical work of operating the platform:

  • Keeping in touch about work and contracts
  • Meeting our legal obligations (tax records, compliance checks)
  • Sorting out payments and contracts
  • Ensuring we are following employment and tax rules

The legal basis for processing: We process your data based on contractual necessity (we need it to work with you), legal obligations (such as tax and right-to-work requirements), and legitimate business interests (running the platform efficiently).

We hold your data for as long as we are legally required to:

  • Contractor records: up to 6 years after your last project (HMRC requirement)
  • Financial records: up to 7 years

After that, everything is securely deleted. We do not retain information we no longer need.

  • Request corrections if something is wrong
  • Ask us to delete your information
